All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed. After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be canceled.

If you placed an order by mistake, please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible within this 15-minute window.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order information and clear photos of the issue.

If we confirm the issue, Clique Studios may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions

Except for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items and any rights required by applicable law, all products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

European Union Customers

Where applicable, customers located in the European Union may have cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by consumer protection law. Any legally required consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
