All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by law.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
If we confirm that the damage was caused by us, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping by carriers. Customers should file claims directly with the shipping provider for any damage incurred in transit.

Exceptions

All other items, including sale items, personalized items, or custom orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

European Union Customers

We comply with EU consumer law, which gives customers a 14-day right to cancel for standard products.

This right does not apply to customized items, digital products, or items marked as non-returnable.
